The company: Viafood Lda. is known by its commercial brand ‘Restaurante Lareira’ and was born out of a business opportunity and the idea of transforming various typical Portuguese products such as pernil, pica-pau, prego, among other typical Portuguese products, into a fast-food business with a low average ticket (less than €10), great quality and high turnover, always giving it a modern Portuguese ‘tasca’ image associated with quality.
